Drowning in paper
Yesterday I sent a pound (weight) of paper to the Court of Protection in the UK detailing all the expenditure and income (and copies of all the relevant bank statements) made on my father's behalf in the past twenty months. Just when I thought I might catch up with my my life, my Dutch admin and even turn my thoughts to finding things that I want to do this weekend, another 250g of forms arrive from the solicitors relating to the sale of the flat. Another fun weekend ahead.

'time to come down for Carnivale and put all of that behind you? (I spent a half day this morning on much less demanding paperwork getting trip receipts and accounts reconciled, and I'm fully sympathetic with your burden of paper!)
That's a kind offer. How long does it run for? As a postscript I cleared the house sale paperwork (first round thereof anyway) by Monday evening.
Seems like you're the only person reading (or at least commenting on) my blog these days. Maybe I should market myself more.
Oi! I read it too.
But I think you should be on Facebook - great way of alerting readers to new blog posts.
Gives Sarah a hug...
Facebook doesn't like my email address and I am to lazy to create a new account to sign up to another service....
Guess it will just have to be word of mouth....
