Connectivity

I worked for three different clients this week - all new contacts - who all found their way to me (rather defying standard marketing wisdom). One is a Kazakhi student completing his PhD. The other two contacts - an NGO and a consultancy are both away on missions (to India and Ethiopia) while I work for them. Has it ever been possible before for a one man business to maintain such a global network from a small provincial Dutch town? The times they are indeed a-changing.
