The coming year
This last few weeks I have been quite busy with the planning and design of the 2008 Textual Healing calendar. Its an exciting project and one that allows me more creativity than most editing work. This I am using someone else's artwork- and I think it looks wonderful. It is highly uncertain whether the calendar pays for itself in economic terms- but even if it doesn't it feels like a good thing to do, in terms of positioning and pride in my source of livelihood.

Those of you on my mailing list should be receiving the final product around christmas / new year.

I hope I'm on your mailing list! This year's calendar has been really useful and I've enjoyed the photos. Lovely winter sunrise this month!
Of course you are - it's feedback from appreciative people like you that inspired me to do one again this year -whether or not it makes economic sense. That and seeing my calendar on the desks of the few clients that I do actually visit). Kudos for this months photo should go to A. It was taken from somewhere close to the road between where we live- one that is (as they say) now less often travelled (at least by me)
